# P\&ID Properties

This chapter explains for which classes you need to create additional Properties. The additional properties are used for [Assign Catalog Data](/plant-tools/plantspecdriven/how-to-use/concepts/assign-catalog-data.md), [AttributeFlow](/plant-tools/plantspecdriven/how-to-use/concepts/attributeflow.md) and [AutoPipe](/plant-tools/plantspecdriven/how-to-use/concepts/autopipe.md).

We will mention which properties are used for which feature.

Beside the Properties Size/Size2 - Size6 you can choose other Property Names. For consistency of this documentation we use the Property Names shown in this chapter.
