# Not Placed Objects

This chapter describes the various options of the **Not-Placed Objects (NPOs)** tab of the Settings dialog.

The color setting for Not-Placed Objects (NPOs) is used in the report query to be able to distinguish the regular placed Objects from the two types of NPOs.
