# How to use

PlantReporter can be started from the [Desktop](/plant-tools/plantreporter/how-to-use/plantreporter.md) or from the Windows start menu.

Another way is to start PlantReporter with [Parameters](/plant-tools/plantreporter/how-to-use/command-line.md) from other applications.
