# Update From/To
This chapter lists the workflows and how the files of the From/To function are handled in a Collaboration (BIM360 / **A**utodesk **C**onstruction **C**loud) environment.
Configurations Files for Coordinates
These are the files used by the From/To function 1.**FromToSettings.xml** This file exist in each project (\[PROJCTFOLDER]\ACPlantTools\PlantExpressTools\FromTo\FromToSettings.xml). In the project, all settings from the Settings dialog are stored.
2.**Files in Project Manager**
Opening/Downloading an existing Collaboration project
This is handled if the project doesn't exist in the work folder yet and everything needs to be downloaded from scratch. 1.FromToSettings.xml => DOWNLOADED
Sharing an existing project (which already has an FromToSettings.xml) to ACC
When sharing a project with an FromToSettings.xml file the following files are handled: 1.FromToSettings.xml => CHECKED IN
Opening PlantExpressTools
If you open the PlantExpressTools Settings Dialog the following files are handled: 1.PlantToolsSetup.xml => CHECKED OUT
Closing PlantExpressTools Settings
If you close the PlantExpressTools Settings Dialog the following files are handled: 1.FromToSettings.xml => CHECKED IN 2.PlantToolsSetup.xml => CHECKED IN
Selecting From/To Tab
If you select the From/To tab the following files are handled: 1.FromToSettings.xml => CHECKED OUT
Using Update From/To the first time
If you execute the From/To function the first time in a project...
... and the following dialog appears and you click on **OK**, then the Project Setup will be checked out, the properties will be created, and the Project Setup will be checked in.
If you also enabled the From/To properties for Signal Lines you will get a similar looking dialog.
Using Update From/To
If you execute the From/To function or if it is triggered on drawing save...
... you will see this dialog (unless suppressed). If you click on **Open now** the connected drawings will be downloaded (if needed), opened, and closed.
Opening drawing
When opening a drawing with unresolved From/To data you will presented with a dialog (unless suppressed) where you can open the connected drawings and therefore resolve the From/To data. The connected drawings will then be downloaded (if needed), opened, and closed.
Update From/To Tasks
If you want to resolve all unresolved From/To data and you click on the **Update remaining From/To tasks** button...
... then the following dialog opens. If you click on **OK** all drawings with unresolved From/To data will be checked out, updated, saved & closed, and checked in. Drawings which had been open before will stay open, but will be saved.
