# SymbolsPalette

This chapter lists the workflows and how the files of the SymbolsPalette are handled in a Collaboration (BIM360 / **A**utodesk **C**onstruction **C**loud) environment.

These are the files used by the SymbolsPalette function 1.**SymbolsPaletteState.xml** This file exist in each project (\[PROJCTFOLDER]\ACPlantTools\PlantExpressTools\SymbolsPalette\SymbolsPaletteState.xml). In the project, all settings from the SymbolsPalette are stored. 2.**SymbolsPaletteCustomClasses.xml** This file exist in each project (\[PROJCTFOLDER]\ACPlantTools\PlantExpressTools\SymbolsPalette\SymbolsPaletteCustomClasses.xml). In the project, all settings from the SymbolsPalette are stored. 3.**SymbolsPaletteCategories.xml** This file exist in each project (\[PROJCTFOLDER]\ACPlantTools\PlantExpressTools\SymbolsPalette\SymbolsPaletteCategories.xml). In the project, all settings from the SymbolsPalette are stored. 4.**Custom Images** This file exist in each project (\[PROJCTFOLDER]\ACPlantTools\PlantExpressTools\SymbolsPalette\Images). In the project, all custom images from the SymbolsPalette are stored. 5.**Files in Project Manager**

This is handled if the project doesn't exist in the work folder yet and everything needs to be downloaded from scratch. 1.SymbolsPaletteState.xml => DOWNLOADED 2.SymbolsPaletteCustomClasses.xml => DOWNLOADED 3.SymbolsPaletteCategories.xml => DOWNLOADED 4.Images => DOWNLOADED
