# Renumbering

This chapter lists the workflows and how the file of the Renumbering function are handled in a Collaboration (BIM360 / **A**utodesk **C**onstruction **C**loud) environment.

These are the files used by the Renumbering function 1.**ObjectRenumber.xml** The \[PROJCTFOLDER\ACPlantTools\PlantExpressTools\Renumber\ObjectRenumber.xml holds the last settings of the Renumbering function User Interface. 2.**Files in Project Manager**

When sharing a project with SelectionList Configuration files the following files are handled: 1.ObjectRenumber.xml => CHECKED IN 2.\*.slcf files => CHECKED IN 3.Related files => CHECKED IN

If you open the User Interface of Renumbering function the following file is handled: 1.ObjectRenumber.xml => DOWNLOADED

If you close the project (or Plant 3D) the following file is handled: 1.ObjectRenumber.xml => CHECKED OUT, CHECKED IN Only when closing the project is the ObjectRenumber.xml checked out, updated and checked in. If the folder and file didn't exist yet, it will be created now if the Renumbering function was used.
