# PropertiesPalette

This chapter lists the workflows and how the files of the PropertiesPalette are handled in a Collaboration (BIM360 / **A**utodesk **C**onstruction **C**loud) environment.

<summary>Configurations Files for PropertiesPalette</summary>

These are the files used by the PropertiesPalette function

1. **PropertiesPaletteConfiguration.xml** This file exist in each project (\[PROJCTFOLDER]\ACPlantTools\PlantExpressTools\ClassesAndProperties\PropertiesPaletteConfiguration.xml). This is handled if the project doesn't exist in the work folder yet and everything needs to be downloaded from scratch.

1. PropertiesPaletteConfiguration.xml => DOWNLOADED

When sharing a project with an PropertiesPaletteConfiguration.xml file the following files are handled:

1. PropertiesPaletteConfiguration.xml => CHECKED IN

If you open the PlantExpressTools Settings Dialog the following files are handled:

1. PlantToolsSetup.xml => CHECKED OUT
