# Glossary

| NPO   | Not-Place-Objects are objects (pipe line and symbols) which do exist in PlantDataManager's database only. There is a distinction between GNPO and NGNPO.                                                                                 |
| GNPO  | Graphical NPOs. These object will be created within PlantDataManager to be inserted into a P\&ID drawing at a later time.                                                                                                                |
| NGNPO | Non-Graphical NPOs. These objects will be create within PlantDataManager, but they won't be inserted into a P\&ID drawing. These objects are usually used to manage these object with the project, but not to show them in the drawings. |
| PO    | Placed Objects are objects which do exist in all P\&ID drawings (in contrast to NPOs).                                                                                                                                                   |
| Tag   | Tags are unique identifier of pipe lines and symbols. A Tag must exist only once in a project.                                                                                                                                           |
